the bathroom was a total disaster, impossible to walk to without hitting the vanity. and don't get me started on the breakfast buffet—what a joke! flies everywhere! i mean, you simply expect a better experience for your money, but apparently, that’s just too much to ask. almost wrote a good review, but couldn’t do it.

The pool area could use a thorough cleaning!!! WiFi connectivity issues were a constant annoyance, making communication frustrating. The underwhelming dining options nearby left much to be desired, especially when the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly closed!!!

The culinary adventures near Park Hotel & Spa are a blast! Just a short bus ride away, I hit up Te Fenua Art e Bio Restaurant for some finger-lickin' local seafood that's straight from the Mediterranean. Plus, the friendly shuttle driver and helpful front desk staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

As for the downsides, it felt a bit like a game show gone wrong. I dealt with hot water issues and noisy hallways that could easily use some soundproofing. Although I had a few hiccups, the great food and cozy vibe kept the spirits high.

What a fantastic experience! The hotel is perfectly located near the Roman ruins of Ostia Antica and just a short bus ride to the beach. The calm pool area is ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Don’t miss out on the delicious Mediterranean seafood nearby!

the park hotel & spa is a cozy spot, perfect for a quick stay before heading to the airport. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. the spa area was a relaxing treat, with a well-maintained pool in the garden. also, the nearby archaeological sites are fantastic and worth a visit.

I had a great time staying here for two nights! The rooms were clean and comfy, and I really enjoyed the pool area. However, the breakfast felt a bit overpriced for what you get. I'd definitely consider returning!
